Your main responsibilities will be as below.

Complex and error-free bookkeeping using cloud-based software

Preparing accurate management accounts and other reports

Preparing fund accounting reports

Preparing working papers to a high standard

Independent examination of charity accounts

Preparing financial statements of small and large organisations

Preparing charity accounts compliant with SORP
-
Prepare and reconcile VAT returns

Prepare and reconcile salary allocation sheets
-
Supervising and training junior staff
-
Strictly adhere to ACCA code of conduct

Ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to

Perform other job-related duties as necessary
We expect you to meet all the following requirements before you apply for the job.
- B.Com, M.com or CA Inter with at least 2 years of experience
- Qualified CA with or without experience
- Ability to prepare financial statements
- Excellent in using Excel (including VLOOKUPS and PIVOT table) and Word
- Must be a quick learner and smart worker
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail
- Good (formal and informal) written English
- Ambitious, reliable, organised and able to meet deadlines
Essential training will be provided to successful candidates.
The following requirements are not essential but, if you can demonstrate any of the following, your chances of being selected are increased.
- Ability to use Mercia (UK) work programmes
- Understanding of charity and fund accounting
- At least two years’ experience in UK accounting
- Knowledge of bookkeeping software like Xero, QuickBooks
Rs 3,60,000 – Rs. 6,00,000 per annum based on experience.
Monday to Friday – 11:30am to 08:30pm Indian Standard Time.
20 Planned leave + 5 UK Bank holidays + Indian National Holidays.
